e-Form INC 22A (ACTIVE) – Due date Extended to 15th June 2019 without Filing Fee

Ministry of Corporate Affairs has extended due date for filing e-FORM INC 22A (ACTIVE) without filing fee from 25th April 2019 to 15th June 2019.

Filing of the form beyond 15^th June 2019 will attract a late fee of Rs 10,000
