Due Date of Filing Form DPT-3 Extended

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has further amended Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rules, 2014.

As per the MCA Notification dated 30^th April, 2019, the due date of Filing Form DPT-3 has been extended upto 90 days from 31^st March, 2019.

Further it is also clarified that data on deposits should be filed upto 31^st March, 2019 instead of 22^nd January, 2019 which was originally indicated in the said Rule.
