Considering the request of stakeholders CBDT Vide Circular No 7/2024 dated 26th April 2024, has extended due date for filing Form 10A/ 10AB to 30th June 2024.
The Extended due date is also applicable to those cases where above applications are rejected or are pending as on that date.
