We would like to inform that PAN Application Forms changed w.e.f 1st April 2026. We are herewith attaching the PAN Application Form for Individual (Indian Citizen) Form 93 for reference. Size of the Photograph to be affixed in the form is changed to 4.5cm x 3.5cm. Applications submitted using the old forms after this date will be liable for rejection.
