The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has made relaxations on levy of additional fees\u00a0up to<\/strong>\u00a031-12-2021<\/strong>\u00a0in the filing of following e-forms for the financial year ended on 31-03-2021:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. AOC-4
    <\/strong><\/li>
  2. AOC-4 (CFS)
    <\/strong><\/li>
  3. AOC-4 XBRL
    <\/strong><\/li>
  4. AOC-4 Non-XBRL
    <\/strong><\/li>
  5. MGT-7
    <\/strong><\/li>
  6. MGT-7A<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Only normal fees shall be payable for the filing of the aforementioned e-forms up to 31-12-2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
