The above Table of additional fee\/higher additional fee for delay in filing of forms is not applicable to<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Form for <strong>increase in nominal share capital<\/strong><br><\/li><li>Forms under <strong>section 92\/137<\/strong> of the Companies Act 2013 (Annual Filing Forms)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MCA has revised additional fees to be paid for late filing of e-forms Wef from July 1, 2022.
