In view of difficulties arising due to resurgence of Covid-19, MCA has decided to grant relaxations on the following matters:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.<\/strong> Relaxation of Levy of Additional Fee in Filing Certain forms under the Companies Act, 2013.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.<\/strong> Relaxation of time for filing forms related to creation or modification of charges under the Companies Act, 2013.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Extended Gap between two board meetings under section 173 of the Companies Act, 2013.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The changes required in the MCA-21 System to implement these decision are being made and stakeholders would be informed in this regard in due course through a similar Notice. The stakeholders may, therefore, plan accordingly<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
