AOC-4 & MGT-7 – Additional Fee Relaxation up to 31st December 2021

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has made relaxations on levy of additional fees up to 31-12-2021 in the filing of following e-forms for the financial year ended on 31-03-2021:

1. AOC-4
   
2. AOC-4 (CFS)
   
3. AOC-4 XBRL
   
4. AOC-4 Non-XBRL
   
5. MGT-7
   
6. MGT-7A

Only normal fees shall be payable for the filing of the aforementioned e-forms up to 31-12-2021.
